The Sibaritide hospital, under construction in Corigliano-Rossano (CS), represents one of the most important healthcare works for the Calabria region. With a total area of 130,000 m2 and a catchment area of more than 250,000 inhabitants, the structure stands as a point of reference for the area, responding to a historically lacking infrastructural need.
The project, entrusted to the D’Agostino Group, integrates innovative solutions to guarantee efficiency, sustainability and quality of the healthcare service.
In addition to quality, thermal, acoustic, fire and sustainability performance, the implementation times were of fundamental importance for the success of the order, especially the external infill to allow internal work such as plasterboard and plant engineering.
A fundamental role was played by the prefabricated external walls supplied by Jendy Joss, which provided the required performance, managing to complete almost the entire 22,000m2 shell in just 5 months.
