In the district of Pisanova in Pisa, in via Bargagna, our systems have been used in the construction of 2 residential and commercial towers, designed to ensure high standards of efficiency. Apartments, in energy class A4, equipped with home automation systems, radiant heating and ducted cooling, with latest generation finishes and large terraces.
The project uses modular prefabricated solutions from Jendy Joss, chosen for their high thermal-acoustic performance and quick assembly which does not require scaffolding. These systems integrate with the steel structure, optimizing time and quality.
The cladding is made of a ventilated polycarbonate facade.
