The new plant of Ceramiche Mariner Spa has been built in Roteglia (RE), with offices and production equipped with advanced technologies to improve the technical-aesthetic value of porcelain stoneware products. The plants include latest generation devices for managing coloured atomised dusts and guarantee greater production flexibility, positioning the company among the European leaders in the sector.
For this innovative project, prefabricated Jendy Joss building systems were chosen, appreciated for their speed of realization and high thermal-acoustic performance. Aesthetically, the building is completed with a ventilated façade in stoneware, composed of thin slabs of 3 mm thickness and 3 m length, fixed on an aluminium substructure. The steel structures, dimensioned with specific calculations, guarantee the load capacity of the facade and the resistance to wind.
