In Pallanza (VB), on Maggiore Lake, a residential building of 20 apartments was built using the dry systems Jendy Joss, for their thermal-acoustic performance and low environmental impact. External buffering and internal partitions ensure high level sound and thermal insulation and energy classification in Class A+ of the solutions.
Structural solidity, comparable to traditional solutions, is guaranteed by metal structures with increased thickness and external plates. The steel-concrete composite load-bearing structures offer low thicknesses, quick construction and high quality of execution. Jendy Joss dry radiant screeds optimize energy efficiency thanks to the low thermal inertia and almost passivity of the building envelope.
This intervention has used eco-biocompatible materials, which are environmentally friendly, and improve the overall comfort of living and thermal-acoustic performance.
