High performance

Thermal insulation: The wall offers a thermal transmittance U=0.160 W/mqK with a thermal attenuation factor 0.419 and a summer thermal lag of 8h 16’, ensure optimal thermal comfort.
Acoustic insulation: The sound insulation is 57dB, provides effective protection against external noise and improves the quality of indoor spaces.
Fire resistance: EI120 certified according to the standard UNI EN 1364, this wall guarantees fire safety according to the highest regulatory standards.
Sustainability: Made of recycled and recyclable materials in accordance with CAM directives, it reduces the environmental impact and promotes sustainable construction.

The prefabricated structure is applied externally to the structural wire, eliminates thermal bridges and allows for rapid installation. The wall is ready for different finishes, including ventilated facade with materials of your choice, smoothing made on site and pre-finished panel with reinforced smoothing and plaster applied directly in the factory, available in various colors defined by the Works Management.
