The prefabricated external dry infill wall with the Jendy Joss® MODULO JJ system represents an advanced construction solution ideal for applications in residential buildings, hospitals, hotels and student residences. CE certified according to the UNI EN 13830 standard, this wall is designed to guarantee excellent performance:

  • Thermal insulation: with thermal transmittance of 0.141 W/m²K and effective attenuation of the thermal wave, the summer phase difference between inside and outside is between 10 hours and 2 minutes and 10 hours and 8 minutes, for effective thermal comfort even on the hottest days.
  • Acoustic insulation: high soundproofing capacity with a certified insulation of 62 dB, ideal for reducing external noise and improving acoustic well-being in internal environments.
  • Fire resistance: EI120 certified, offers fire resistance of up to 120 minutes; furthermore, the reaction to fire meets the A2-s1,d0 classes for interiors and A1 for exteriors, with the best performance also in terms of fire prevention.
  • Environmental sustainability: the double frame system with a thickness of ≥295 mm integrates a prefabricated module to eliminate thermal bridges and an internal false wall that can be created on site; optimized energy consumption and environmental efficiency.

Made with recycled and recyclable materials in compliance with CAM directives, the module is compatible with different types of finishes: coverings, ventilated facades or reinforced skim coat with plaster pre-assembled in the factory.

This configuration greatly simplifies on-site operations, eliminating the need for scaffolding.
