The external walls, interior walls and floor structural jendy joss "Pre-assembled" with modulo jj are the best solution to obtain the highest load-bearing capacity and thermal and acoustic insulation characteristics with very reduced thickness and weights, eco-biocompatible materials, with extreme simplicity and speed of execution thanks to prefabricating.
The prefabricated solutions of floors, interior and external walls include a “cell” system with telescopic fixing between the Modules to guarantee simplicity and speed already characteristic of dry construction systems, but improved thanks to the prefabricated system.
The intervention will be subject to static analysis and choice of the best self-supporting Steel Frame construction systems, variable depending on the loads and spans.
The interior finish will be carried out with an additional plasterboard sheet to be installed and treated as usual, while the facade finish can be obtained with smoothing and painting or a ventilated facade created on site.
