Prefabricated internal wall with double frame – Thickness ≥235mm
MODULO JJ 175cg+I75cg is a prefabricated internal dry wall with a total thickness ≥235mm, is designed to effectively divide two housing unit or two hotel rooms, guaranteeing maximum acoustic insulation and fire safety. Thanks to the double frame, the dry system Jendy Joss® ensures a certified acoustic insulation of 62 dB and a fire resistance of EI90.
The modules pre-assembled in the factory, they are custom designed to optimize time and precision of installation on site. The wall is ready for integration of pre-installed electrical or plumbing systems, simplifying further operational phases.
With a weight of 64.5 kg/m 2, the wall offers strength and stability while maintaining an optimized thickness.
