Preassembled systems
The preassembled systems with modulo jj consists of a range of dry solutions able to obtaining excellent thermo-acoustic performance, fire resistance and reaction, solidity and mechanical resistance, with modular products, designed and assembled in the factory thanks to a custom made engineering process using prefabricating.
They differ from traditional plasterboard systems due to the prefabricated “cell” construction technique, for increasing the speed and simplicity of assembly, always with the use of high-quality materials which give the finished solution considerably more qualifying characteristics.
The Modules are composed of galvanized steel structures, lightweight concrete slabs, insulating materials, are made to measure both in height and width and are the result of an engineering of the architectural project for measurements and size.
The external wall modules can be moved with a crane or lift of any type, they have hooking systems from which they are lifted; the internal wall modules can be moved by hand.

It’s possible to preassemble all electrical systems with right positions, height, size requied and comunicate in advance. Corrugate tubes, electrical boxes, electrical panel boxes, electrical joint boxes, they are predisposed in factory on walls and floor slabs with exit at wall bases.
Preinstalled Hydraulic Systems
All hydraulic systems can be preassembled on MODULO JJ with right positions, height, size requied and comunicate in advance. Water connection to tighten, drainboxes, clamps fos shower faucets or sinks, sanitary supports, drainpipes, with exit at wall bases.
