In Calderara di Reno (BO) the Greit company has been operating for more than 30 years as a private laboratory for chemical and microbiological analyzes. The building subject to expansion and renovation sees the new construction of all the external curtain walls that integrate with the existing prefabricated structure. The solutions chosen by Jendy Joss are therefore made on site to better adapt to the actual state, while still providing excellent thermo-acoustic performance in addition to a high speed of construction. The suitable sizing of all the steel structures of the Jendy Joss wall, supported by specific structural calculations, guarantees the flow rate of the ventilated facade and wind resistance. From an aesthetic point of view, in fact, the application of a ventilated facade with sandwich panels covered in steel was chosen.
