Discover the materials we use to build our prefabricated walls

Lightweight concrete boards
Our fibre-reinforced lightweight concrete slabs are the ideal choice for internal and external drywall, screeds, false ceilings and other systems requiring high mechanical resistance and excellent performance.
These panels offer extreme design flexibility, ensuring first-class results in various applications.
Ideal as support for various types of coverings – from tiles to wood, from ventilated facades to PVC – they provide:
- High mechanical resistance characteristics
- Sound insulation
- Thermal insulation
- Water resistant
- Fire resistant
- Limited thermal expansion for applications in external environments and directly in contact with water before finishing

Galvanized steel profiles
We use galvanized steel profiles complaint with UNI EN 10327-10326 standards, with a thickness usually of 06/10mm for internal solutions and 12/10mm or 20/10mm for external solutions, these structures are suitable for guaranteeing the best static performance.
The self-supporting metal frame is essential to transfer the horizontal actions (wind pressure and depression, earthquake) and vertical actions (own weight) to the primary structures and to guarantee the stability of the walls, even in external applications.
For each application, a specific calculation report is developed which includes verification of the type of steel, thicknesses and sections suitable to also guarantee the support of ventilated facades or for structural solutions.

Rock wool
To create our Jendy Joss systems we can use all types of insulating materials; currently, due to the excellent cost-benefit ratio, we use rock wool and mineral wool insulation, unless materials specifically requested by the customer.
Rock wool is an exceptional insulating material, produced from natural rocks. Subjected to rigorous test cycles that confirm its chemically inert nature, it does not cause or promote corrosion, even in contact with unprotected steel in humid environments.
Furthermore, it is free of harmful or dangerous substances, thanks to the careful control of each component used in production.
The result is an inert finished product, stable and durable over time.
Its main features include:
- Thermal insulation (thermal conductivity 0.032-0.040 W/mK)
- Resistant to high temperatures, with a melting point above 1000 °C
- Acoustic insulation
- Mechanical resistance and dimensional stability over time
- Water repellent and vapor permeable
- Healthiness and respect for the environment
Composed of 98% rock fibres, this wool also offers a high biosolubility, being harmless to human health.

Mineral wool
Mineral wool is an innovative insulating material, the result of extensive research aimed at introducing materials with low environmental impact, produced with a sustainable process that avoids the use of artificial dyes and gives it a natural brown colour.
Among its most interesting technical features:
- Fire resistance
- Non-combustibility: Euroclass A1, according to EN 13501.
- Thermal insulation
- Energy saving
- Acoustic insulation
- High percentage of recycled content
- Use of renewable and easily available materials
- Entirely recyclable product
- Totally recyclable packaging
We can integrate a wide range of insulation materials into Jendy Joss systems to meet any performance need.
Although rock wool and mineral wool are the most popular choices in modern construction due to their excellent cost-benefit ratio, it is possible to request alternative solutions for specific projects.
