ISO 9001:2015
Design, production and installation are carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Certification standards.
SOA
Jendy Joss® holds the Certificate of Qualification to the execution of SOA Public Works for the category OS7 classification IIIbis. You can also use the OG1 category VIbis and other categories with stable use of the Group.
CE MARKING
The standard conformation of Module JJ is CE marked according to UNI EN 13830 with test report IG-382771 both in the conformation of “plastered and painted” and with a predisposition for “ventilated facade”, with wide choice of finishes.
GREEN BUILDING
Jendy Joss® building systems are increasingly geared towards respecting Green Building constructions, from the design phase to the realization, in order to combine high performance and sustainability. This approach improves the well-being of occupants and reduce the ecological footprint of the building.
Our buildings are usually subject to standard schemes:
- BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method)
- LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
- WELL Building Standard
MIMIMUM ENVIRONMENTAL CRITERIA
The sustainability of Jendy Joss® products is proven by certifications attesting to the characteristics of the components and their contribution in compliance with the Minimum Environmental Criteria, including:
- Reduction of overall energy demand
- Improvement of internal environmental quality
- Reduction of waste generation at the construction site
- Use of recycled and recyclable materials
- Reduced release of harmful substances
- Low environmental impact production cycle
END OF LIFE AND DISASSEMBLY
All Jendy Joss® prefabricated products have a unique identification code. At the end of life of the building, it is possible to selectively demolish, with removal and “reassembly” of Module JJ or complete disassembly for reuse or recycling of materials.
FIRE
The JJ Module is equipped with a Fire Certification for a Resistance of EI120 according to UNI EN 13830 and complies with UNI EN 1364 for curtain wall facades with floor sealing.
ACOUSTIC INSULATION
The JJ Module is certified with a value of 62 dB in case of internal plasterboard false wall and 57 dB with internal plasterboard claddding with coupled insulation. Different solutions are available to meet specific needs.
THERMAL INSULATION
Jendy Joss® building systems offer very low thermal transmittance values in low thicknesses. Specific stratifications guarantee thermal attenuation and thermal lag, with benefits even in summer.
