The MODULO JJ SS200LRcgVap dry prefabricated floor, with an overall thickness of 249 mm, is designed to offer high structural, thermal and acoustic performance in residential and tourist buildings such as single-storey houses, tourist villages and bungalows.

Applications

The MODULO JJ SI200LMcg structural wall is equipped with provisions for the insertion of prefabricated dry floors at the top and fixing to the foot, allowing perfect integration with other prefabricated structural elements. Furthermore, it is possible to pre-install electrical and plumbing systems, simplifying the subsequent phases on site.

Structural integration: the floor is equipped with provisions for connection with load-bearing prefabricated dry walls so as to guarantee structural continuity.
Thermal insulation: The wall offers a thermal transmittance U=0.179 W/mqK with a periodic transmittance Yi.e=0.095 W/mqK and a summer thermal lag of 8h 30’, ensure optimal thermal comfort.
Prestazioni estive: fattore di attenuazione fino a 0,522 e sfasamento termico estivo di 8h 30′, per una protezione efficace dal calore.
Fire safety: internal fire reaction class A2s1,d0

Design and applications

MODULO JJ SS200LRcgVap floor is equipped with predispositions for the grafting with dry prefabricated, allowing a perfect integration with other prefabricated structural elements. In addition, it is possible to pre-install electrical and plumbing systems, simplifying the subsequent steps on site.

The floor is prepared for different finishing solutions to be carried out in the site:

Top finish: waterproofing with or without additional insulation package, screed or floating floor.
Bottom finish: plasterboard plate as plating or countertop.
