External prefabricated wall – Tickness ≥375mm

The MODULO JJ Prefabricated External Wall, with an overall thickness ≥375 mm, is a solution for dry infill, designed for residential buildings, hospitals, hotels and student residences. Thanks to the double structure and the adoption of advanced technologies, this panel guarantees very high thermo-acoustic performance and energy efficiency at the highest levels.

High performance

Thermal insulation: The wall offers a thermal transmittance U=0.103W/mqK, a periodic transmittance = 0,022 W/m2K, a thermal attenuation factor = 0,208 and summer thermal lag =10h 35’, ensuring comfort in winter and summer.
Acoustic insulation: The acoustic insulation is ≥62dB, provides effective protection against external noise and improves the quality of indoor spaces.
Fire resistance: EI120 certified according to the standard UNI EN 1364, this wall guarantees fire safety according to the highest regulatory standards.
Sustainability: All components comply with CAM guidelines, with recycled and recyclable materials to reduce the environmental impact.

Design and applications

The wall consists of a prefabricated structure applied externally to the structural wire to eliminate thermal bridges and improve the overall energy performance of the building as well as an internal false wall installed from floor to floor which allows design flexibility and integration with any systems.

It is designed to accommodate different types of finishing and offer maximum versatility:

Ventilated facade: possible with the choice of coating materials.
Plastering in the site: right for direct application on construction sites with scaffolding.
Pre-finished panel off-site: supplied with reinforced plastering and painting applied off-site in the factory, with colors selected by the clerk of the works, without the need for scaffolding.
