The new school project is designed as a meeting point for the local community, with open spaces that foster interaction. The building is built in a sustainable way, combining a passive approach with innovative technologies that comply with environmental protocols.
Jendy Joss Modulo JJ dry systems based on prefabrication were used for external tamping. The insulated panels guarantee thermal and acoustic comfort, while the large windows are completed by blackout curtains that modulate the interior light. The walls, designed at full height (9 m), include wall holes with pre-installed ducting for air recirculation, optimizing time and precision. The installation was carried out between the structure and scaffolding, without the need for removal, allowing continuity of the external finishes.
